Preschool and Children’s Ministries
(Through-6th grade)
Weekly Events
- Mission Friends is the Women’s Missionary Union organization for preschoolers
from birth to kindergarten. Mission Friends meets on Wednesday nights in the children’s wing at 6:30 p.m.
- Girls in Action (GA’s) is an organization for girls in grades 1-6. GA’s
can help girls begin to develop spiritually towards a mission’s lifestyle
as they learn what God is doing in the world and discover their place in God’s plan.
GA’s meet on Wednesday nights in the educational building at 6:30 p.m.
- Royal Ambassadors (RA’s) is a Bible-centered, church-related, mission
education organization for boys in grades 1-6 that the North American Mission Board sponsors. RA’s
meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm in the middle mobile room next to the playground.
- Our Preschool and Children’s Choirs (Praise Power)
range from the age of 4 years through 6th grade. Our preschool choir meets on Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. in
room 306 in the children’s wing of the church. "Praise Power" (Children’s Choir)
meets on the second floor of the educational building in room 200. Our primary goal is to equip young musicians for a lifetime of worship and
praise of our Savior, Jesus Christ. These choirs also work on special
programs and seasonal musicals to be performed throughout the year.
- Children’s Church is offered to 1st-4th graders every week, except the month of December and for special days, on
Sunday mornings for the 10:30 a.m. service. Midway through the worship service the children will be dismissed for Children’s Church to meet on
the first floor of the educational building.
- Kid’s Discipleship is offered on Sunday nights at 5pm in room 107 for children in grades 1st-6th, and exists for the purpose of teaching children the basics of discipleship.
Monthly Events
- Throughout the year various activities for children are offered on at least a quarterly basis to provide an environment of fellowship, Bible Study, and fun.
Yearly Events
- The yearly events for our children’s ministry include a week of Vacation Bible School, a week of CentriKid summer camp, a Fall Festival, and more!
