Born and raised outside of Birmingham in a Christian home, Jonathan has been in church his entire life. After a choir tour in 9th grade, he felt lead into the ministry. Jonathan's call was clarified at Mississippi State University while pursing a Business Administration Degree. From there, he went west to Fort Worth and completed his Master's of Art in Christian Education with concentration in Student Ministry. Worship and music has been a huge part of every ministry Jonathan has led, including three student ministries in North Alabama. After a small break from ministry, Jonathan returned as the Music Minister for a small church in Gadsden. While there, he completed the Worship Leading Certification Program through the Ministry Training Institute at Samford University. In 2019, he returned to the Ministry Training Institute to participate in and complete the first Worship Administration Certification Program.  Jonathan has been in ministry for 15 years and is married.
